Born in Oviedo, Spain, in 1981, Alonso made his F1 debut in 2001 and became the youngest World Champion at the time in 2005, winning back-to-back titles with Renault. Over his career, he has raced for top teams including Ferrari, McLaren, Alpine, and Aston Martin, earning 32 Grand Prix victories and over 100 podiums.
Beyond Formula 1, Alonso has proven his versatility by winning the 24 Hours of Le Mans twice, claiming victory at the 24 Hours of Daytona, and competing in the Indy 500 and Dakar Rally. Known for his sharp racecraft, strategic thinking, and relentless determination, Alonso continues to compete at the highest level— inspiring a global fanbase and solidifying his legacy as one of the greatest drivers in the history of motorsport.
